By using Vows & Knots you agree to these terms. They explain what the platform does, what we expect from you, and the limits of our responsibility.
1. What we provide
Vows & Knots is a discovery and enquiry platform for venues and events. We list spaces, publish editorial content and pass your enquiry to the relevant venue or partner. We are not the operator of the venues and we do not act as your agent in any booking.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts used for spam, scraping, impersonation or abuse.
3. Enquiries and bookings
- Submitting an enquiry is a request for information, not a confirmed booking.
- Availability, pricing and final terms are set by the venue or partner, not by us.
- Any contract for a booking is between you and the venue or partner. Payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by their terms.
- We may require email verification before an enquiry is accepted, to prevent spam.
4. Pricing information
Prices shown are indicative starting figures in Indian Rupees and may exclude taxes, service charges and seasonal variation. Always confirm the final quote directly with the venue.
5. User content
Reviews, comments and other submissions must be your own, truthful, and free of unlawful, defamatory or offensive material. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate that content on the platform. We may edit or remove content that breaches these terms.
6. Planning tools
Budget, guest list, checklist and timeline tools are provided for convenience. Calculations and exported documents are estimates only and should not be treated as financial advice.
7. Intellectual property
The Vows & Knots name, design, editorial content and photography are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape or republish them without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to breach security, probe the platform or disrupt service.
- Do not use automated tools to extract listings or contact details.
- Do not submit false enquiries or misuse verification codes.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that information is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from your dealings with a venue.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change platform features at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
