Cancellation & Refund Policy
Vows & Knots does not collect payment for venue bookings. Deposits, balances and refunds are handled directly by the venue or partner you book with.
1. Enquiries are free
Browsing listings, using the planning tools and submitting an enquiry carry no charge. There is nothing to refund for use of the platform itself.
2. Cancelling an enquiry
You can withdraw an enquiry at any time before you confirm a booking by replying to your confirmation email or writing to amplr.dba@gmail.com. We will inform the venue and remove your request from our active list.
3. Venue bookings
- Advance amounts, cancellation windows and refund percentages are set by each venue.
- Ask for these terms in writing before you pay any advance.
- Refund requests must be raised with the venue directly; we can help follow up but cannot issue refunds.
4. Rescheduling
Most partners allow a date change subject to availability and notice. Tell us as early as possible and we will coordinate with the venue on your behalf.
5. Disputes
If a partner does not honour their stated terms, write to us with the details. We will take it up with the venue and, where the issue is not resolved, remove them from the platform.
